The Chief of Digital Strategy thinks digital is a fad? No wonder the post office is failing so spectacularly.
The reason that the Post Office is failing is by design. Congress has forced them to take away billions from their operating fund each year and pay the retirement benefits for future employees. 75 years into the future. Let me reiterate. They are forced to pay retirement benefits for employees who haven't been born yet.
So, hell yeah. It's breaking them.
