Man feeds puppy to pit bulls, deputies say
A South Valley woman is terrified of her neighbor after she says he fed her puppy to a couple of pit bulls. The suspect, Marvin Riley, is in jail now and Bernadette Salazar hopes he stays there. Charlie Brown was a beloved little Shih Tzu that was found abandoned on the West Mesa six months ago. Salazar took him in and says she loved him very much.
