Blockbuster to shutter all U.S. stores
Movie rental chain Blockbuster will end its retail and mail order services by January of next year.

That didn't take long. I'd say another year and the last remaining 50 franchise stores all go up in flames also.
Am I the only one who was surprised to hear they were still open?
Nope, I was almost sure they all died off back in 2010.
I actually enjoyed the tuesday nights (new releases!), going out for a drive to pick up a couple hot new releases. Ah I miss those days.
Yea but did you enjoy going for a drive the next day to return them, or did you get raped with late feed like i did?

I was going to ask the same question. I haven't seen a blockbuster video or any other video rental place in a while.
I'm sure the old folk will have a giant problem with this. Where will they get their movies from now?
