I'd bet a lot of these will make it onto ebay
Yes but only if they are sealed in original packaging and not crushed.
I remmeber the ET game, and despite what anyone said I found it pretty cool at the time.
How the hell did you find it pretty cool? I was 12 years old when I found an old atari system, managed to fix up the cables and get it to work. The only game the system came with was E.T... Literally THE worst game I have ever played, there was no point to it, it was a confusing mess and it sucked. I wish they hadn't found that stash of toxic waste they call "E.T. the Extraterrestrial".
Any proof that a few copies weren't just planted there as a hoax?
I have to admit, a part of me wondered about that. It's not as if this game was unreleased. It wouldn't be impossible to obtain a few copies and then plant them for a photo op.
For all we know, this turns out to be really longterm viral marketing for the Xbox One. ;)
