Part of the latest Windows 10 SDK, a new stand-alone utility allows developers to deploy Universal Windows apps to Windows 10 Mobile devices for testing.WinAppDeployCmd is a stand-alone tool that comes as part of the Windows 10 SDK installation. To use it, you simply need to go into the Settings of a Windows 10 Mobile device, open up the Update & Security category, and turn on Developer Mode. Once this is accomplished, just run WinAppDeployCmd from the C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\bin\
