Brilliant planning there, San Fran. Instead of devising new ways to keep people from urinating in random places you put a little money into deploying outdoor urinals, so they can go somewhere?
People get to piss in a convenient place, you don't have to paint super expensive nano keep-dry paint on things (and keep repainting since it don't last forever), and you might save a little money.
