      Looks right now. Earlier, the intro must’ve been left blank, because the text that appeared there was the default boilerplate from creating the snap. That comment was, though it may’ve seemed otherwise, only meant as a gentle suggestion.

      If you notice a snap has been downvoted, often you can tell why. At the top of the snap there is a bar, with up- and downvote buttons, that gives the vote total and also shows the number of up and downvotes. If you click or tap on the downvotes, you get a popover that gives any reasons that were given for downvotes. Worth mentioning, also, that you can specify why you downvoted a snap. If you go to a snap, and click the downvote button on that bar, a moment later right next to the downvote button will appear a ‘reason’ button that lets you select from a list. I gather that delay has something to do with a round trip to and from the site, so it's dependent on how busy the site is, but it will eventually appear.
