It will become a cycle, I would bet that most social media sites last around 3~4 years in the future. Eventually money will come into play and with it influence.

I feel that this will dominate the general if Hilary can push it well. There could be a solution in barring the sale of guns on those of the watch list but I feel that would be too drastic of a step as well as an overreach. TOR could land someone on that list which makes it's effectiveness questionable.
