    This judge does not seem fit to preside cases like this, there seems to be way too much bias for him to deliver a objective verdict. There hardly seems to be anything inappropriate in one-night stands in the larger social context, so a judge saying that at a trial seems off.

      Exactly. A judge's job is to uphold the law. His personal biases about sexual morality should not influence his decisions, yet we see here he explicitly cites them in his ruling. This is a problem.
