I guess if you squint real hard and try and unfocus your eyes so you can't see the Bush tax cuts, 9/11, the Anthrax attacks, the "gloves coming off" with the PATRIOT Act, the Panopticon surveillance state, mass extrajudicial killings even of Americans, Gitmo, billions of dollars in shrinkwrapped palettes of hundred dollar bills flying in and out of Kabul and Baghdad, the dead, the maimed, the wounded, the signature drone strikes on specious evidence that kill not just initial victims but also would-be rescuers, Katrina, Alito, the complete collapse of the American and world economies, the trillions in homeowner bailouts that never bailed out anybody but banksters, then maybe. No, though. Bush stank.
