    If it's too hard for them to list the fees then they shouldn't charge them. That's not FCC's problem, that's Comcast's problem. Basically, it should be that if any company can't list the fees, they shouldn't be allowed to charge them. I understand fees may vary by region, but in that case they should be able to do something like: Fee X: $2 - $5, Fee Y: $8 to $15, etc, and they can give a grand total e.g. Total fees = $... to $....

    Again, not the consumer's problem nor FCC's problem.
