Catalan government says 90 percent voted to leave Spain
Catalonia's regional leader opened the door to a unilateral declaration of independence from Spain on Sunday after voters defied a violent police crackdown and, according to regional officials, voted 90 percent in favor of breaking away. Despite Spanish police using batons and rubber bullets to disrupt the banned referendum, which was declared unconstitutional by Madrid, the Catalan government said 2.26 million people had cast ballots, a turnout of about 42 percent.

I have an idea: let them leave Spain. Have them enjoy their own Brexit. When they try to negotiate to join the EU, Spain can vote against it. Also, the Spaniards can boycott Catalan products, we'll see who they can sell them to. It's not like Spain can't produce them. Let them isolate themselves if that's what they want.
Sure,why not...it will be entertaining to watch the long term consequences of their little adventure. Better yet,they should pack their bags and actually leave..Where would they go? Not my problem. :D
