Not sure if "Space Force" is the right term for what they're proposing which sounds like some kind of advanced satelite oberservation network with anti-missile capability to provide early warning against a possible high altitude attack from terrestrial "non-friendlies".
So surely: Advanced High-altitude Surveillance & Defence System would be more suitable but whatever.
