You can say that again.
I watched the video again, then went and search for a couple of his other videos as well as a sales pitch for the original windows a while back. The one thing I saw in him, that I barely see in anyone anymore is that he put his heart and soul into that pitch/speech, he put himself out there, all defences down.. Love him or hate him, that genuine love for the work is respectable.
