I've driven in some of the worst winter weather imaginable (while still being driveable). Sometimes you get caught up in the flow of traffic, sometimes the roads are great and suddenly there's an area of heavy snow or ice on the road (usually near an open field where it's really windy). But this is Wisconsin, so unsafe, possibly idiotic drivers is a definite possibility.
What I couldn't believe is the ones that got out of their cars and wandered in the middle of the damn road. It took another rogue vehicle almost taking 2-3 of them out to realize "This might be a mistake."
