Are there any plans for a dark/night theme? The layout is nice, but it gets tiring to the eyes.

I think we are long overdue for cognitive implants. We should have worked out how to compensate for people's varying degrees of learning ability by implanting chips and loading software. After all, don't most jobs boil down to knowing how to execute a specific set of instructions in an efficient and effective manner? At the very least, we should be able to stimulate the appropriate sections of the brain with varying levels of electrical impulses via remotely triggered neural generators. And shouldn't nootropics not only be legal, but practically mandatory?

Stay home, write music, and stream some sort of video entertainment. Don't know if we're going to start the last season of PSYCH, keep carb-loading ATHF (last episode airs this Sunday!) or something else entirely. I tried watching THE STRANGE COLOR OF YOUR BODY'S TEARS the other day, but my brain overheated and I fell asleep.

Back in the day, you couldn't download from BBSes unless you uploaded, and your upload had to be of reasonable quality. Nowadays, a majority of people don't or won't create their own content. Even I admit to being a "repeater" for the most part (with the exception of music writing). So how do we encourage more quality original content (which might actually result in stimulating discussions)?

Debatably, the problem starts at home. If people don't know how to conduct themselves in a physical setting, it's less likely they will know how to treat others online.

I wouldn't say distracting. I sit and work on music (composition and occasionally remixing), and I take periodic breaks for online news checks and the odd stretch of streaming (Netflix/Hulu/YouTube/Vimeo/Pluto).
