The number one factor for me why I still prefer a disc is because I own it. I can sell it, I can break it if I want, use it as a frisbee and there is nothing anybody can really do about it. Digital is super locked down and has no resale value at all and at the same price, I can buy the Blu-Ray in store and usually get a Vudu or iTunes copy with it.
