I don't think the decision to walk away was the worst part. I think ignoring phone calls and shutting out the Mavs instead of having the guts to own up to Cuban and the organization that he decided to stay in LA. He should've been brave enough and man enough to admit he had his doubts and was no longer interested in the Mavericks. Really just not classy at all
Yeap a truly dickish move, they depended on his word and chose not to pursue any other free agents. It certainly has set the franchise back just wish they could pursue some action against both the parties.
