"Persona 4: Dancing All Night" Chie English Character Trailer, Screenshots!
With July 30 being the in-game birthday of Persona 4 character Chie Satonaka, Atlus has released the English character trailer and screenshots for her appearance in the upcoming Persona 4: Dancing All Night. (Atlus also dubs her the “the Best Girl™ of the internet.”) Persona 4: Dancing All Night is due out for PS Vita in North America on September 29.

[UK] Leak - You Can Now Vote for The Next Free Game on Playstation Plus Thanks to "Vote to Play"!
Sony is rolling out new PlayStation Network functionality that lets PlayStation 4 users vote for what game they want to see added to the PlayStation Plus free game lineup next. This comes from a NeoGAF forum user in the UK who says a video popped up describing a new feature called "Vote to Play." According to the image below, you'll have a choice of three games. The one with the most votes after a set period of time will be added to the following month's roster of free games.

"Yoru no Nai Kuni" Movie File 03 Trailer
Gust has released a new trailer for Yoru no Nai Kuni dubbed “Movie File #03.” Additionally, 4Gamer.net has published a short video that teaches viewers about the game’s subordinate demons, which will fight alongside main character Arnas in battle. Yoru no Nai Kuni is due out for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PS Vita in Japan on September 17.

Those are two completely separate services.
Playstation Plus is the equivalent of Xbox Live Gold. If you're not familiar with any of those, then its basically a license that allows you to play Online games... With the added bonus of getting free games for your Playstation devices every month!
Playstation Now is a game streaming service, similar to Onlive or Nvidia's Grid. You can subscribe for a monthly fee or rent individual Playstation 3 games and you can play them on Playstation Now certified devices such as the Playstation 3 itself, PS4, PS Vita, Playstation TV, Sony Blu-Ray players or some Smart TVs (Sony and Samsung are supported, I believe)
