Perfect example of an agency that has grown into a cancer, looking out for its own interests instead of the interests of the citizens this agency is serving. If I break my leg, I will use a crutch to help me walk, but once my leg is better the crutch becomes a burden to me, and so I retire it until such a time that it is needed again. It would be ridiculous to walk around with two good legs and a crutch...

Last time I checked it was only legal in 2 states. It will be more "crippling" when more states join in on the fun.
Don't be forgetting medicinal, which is legal in some 20-30 states by now.
Definitely an overstatement. Plus the cartels have other sources of income.
