So long as the keyboard doesn't eat that battery up, I'd be willing to try it. I have family members who absolutely hate touch screens for typing, and I'm not particularly fond of it myself, I miss good keyboard phones for when you need it.
BlackBerry devices have traditionally had decent battery lives. In saying that if the rumours are true, and this is an Android device, it'd be interesting to see if they manage to maintain the battery life.
I know a few blackberry android clones have come out over time like the Terrain and something by Motorola and there were lots of complaints about battery life on them. I just hope they can get the security of a blackberry in android too.
