It's not that harassment in the workplace is a new thing, it's just finally being recognized as a wrong thing.
Sexual harassment was weaponized during the 2016 campaign. It failed to get a solid hit on it's intended target, but is now finding a lot of "friendly fire".

And yet here we are... still with a sexual harasser as a president.

I wonder how many public personas are terrified because of their past sexual harassment, now that a lot of dark situations are coming to light.
