Anything with 8,333% of your RDA of a given vitamin, maybe that you ought not chug day-in, day-out. Jacking up one ingredient, like taurine, in combination with caffeine, multiplied by addictive work-performance-confused habit formation, makes for an element of risk. Really, using ‘drink’ to describe things we should really think of more as ‘potions’ may be where folks go wrong.
