Sorry about the news.com.au link. What amazes me is that the Normanby has been there for what.... 125 years. It's not like you would move near a major pub like that not knowing what it was like. It's the same as the "residents" of Fortitude Valley wanting the noise restrictions added. The Valley has been like that forever, you moved there knowing exactly what you were moving into.
