    This would be the equivalent of Comcast charging Netflix a fee to deliver their video while offering their own streaming service too... oh wait they do that by charging to stabilize or whatever the streams instead of throttle them... I don't see how this is different just because phones are involved. I'm not saying in either case it's right, but if you are going to go after Apple for this you should go after others too.

    In seriousness, after the eBook fiasco at Apple, it's not too much of a stretch to believe they're violating other antitrust laws. I'm looking at the paying artists more to stop using spotify and come to Apple rumor.
