If you want a decent LED check a FRY's near you.. but not in their normal light bulb section. Check over in their Appliance section. We got all of our bulbs for $5.00 each out of the Appliance area and love the light.

I suffer from PCOS and have found that no matter how much I try to exercise or eat right that I gain weight and I am looked upon as not trying. I have been in and out of the hospitals and doctors and have had more DNC's than I wish upon anyone. I am on Metformin ER and have been on this faithfully for 4 years now. The only problem I have with being on Metformin is bowel issues even on the ER .. and the lack of wanting food. Food in no way interests me at all no matter how good it smells or tastes, I often even forget eating and only begin to notice once I begin getting dizzy in the evenings about dinner time. Not only do I walk and move a lot I swim 1-2 hours a day. It is a hard issue to deal with and no matter what everyone is judging you.. your Doctors, your friends, family .. people on the streets and people you work with .. It becomes daunting .. I haven't tried the Keto diet, but I may give it a shot.
