    Stephen Ellock's Art Facebook Feed

There's a recent interview with an artist whose name I forget and which I can't lay my hands on that name-checks Stephen Ellcock for his extraordinary curatorship, in an eclectic Facebook feed, which anyone can follow. I'm sure there are many others, but I know of none quite so quirkily enjoyable. (Happy to be pointed at any other suggestions).

I recommend it to anyone who loves art and, in particular, it's more life-enhancing qualities.

Please allow me to introduce myself...

    Hi,

Doing as I'm told, here I am, with a limited familiarity with Reddit, but already enjoying this interface, and the idea.

I write, live on an elderly boat on the Thames, drink and read too much, and already have ambivalent feelings about this place: the fear I might get sucked into yet another digital time-hole, and end up doing even less work than usual, combined with the hope that this might be The One - a sensible and effective place to hang out online.

Anyway, I'll sign off there, with a link to People Power 2.0, a piece I did a couple of years ago for MIT Technology Review, and which captures some of my wider interests at this strange and interesting period in the human story. As you can see from that inept hyperlinking, I may sometimes write about serious technology and science issues, but I shouldn't be allowed near sharp tools.

Oh yes, and cheers for the invite!

    best, John
