So.... wanting to grow plants indoors (I live in Alaska, so I'm considering a hydroponic setup for next winter) plus drinking loose leaf tea (my wife drinks TONS of loose leaf tea) = having your house raided?
Luckily, I live way out in the boonies where we don't have roadside trash pickup (or neighbors), so I think we're safe for now.
Hopefully they sue the city / county.
I think you are ok according to Alaska law.
Yeah, living far from neighbours is the way to go if you're going to be doing a hydroponic setup!
