These things have been broken since they were rolled out. Security researchers complain every election cycle. Security researchers even show how easily these machines are hacked, every election cycle. IIRC it only took 30 seconds one year. Why is it Russia's fault that these things have been left broken for years? Why is it not the fault of the governments who used bad voting systems, knowing they were broken?
