That's if we survive the sixth mass extinction (not to mention global warming) that is happening right now. Seems unlikely but I'd say drastic action needs to be taken to prevent that. It doesn't look like it will happen anytime soon unless everyone who really cares stands for it. That would also be quite a day to behold. Haha.

Just imagine. A world where we don't say to our kids "work hard so you can have a good career", instead we say "work hard to make your dreams come true". What do you want to do? Make a brilliant cartoon loved by all? Unify the four fundamental forces of the universe? Go to Pluto? Make the biggest sandwich ever made? Become the best football player? Or even just plain and simple nothing? Do it, no 'but you need to make money to survive' bullcrap. The machines have handled all the menial and meaningless tasks. Nobody has to waste their life doing what they don't want to just to survive. That would be quite a day to behold.
