IMO ... Teachers. What teachers in this country make is simply gross. Men playing a game make millions, while those tasked with shaping and educating the future are paid just a bit better than minimum wage ... my bosses wife, who is a teacher, makes less than I do, and she has been teaching for almost 30 years .. :\ I have been here 6 months.

"circle back around" ... such an over used phrase in business... "I will just circle back around to you" is something I hear constantly that is like brain sandpaper for me... uggg

I agree with Spaceghoti ... so many things can ruin a movie for me.... bad writing, bad acting, bad pace ... gapping plot holes, and bad dialogue... but, the number one thing that ruins a movie for me is the "damsel" running from the bad guy in spike heels, through the woods, at night... I would take those heels, and bury in the forehead of whatever "monster" is chasing me ... why these "damsels" can't figure THAT out is beyond me .... hence why I refuse to watch campy horror movies.. lol

This ruling turns on it's side the standard of "guilt beyond a reasonable doubt", and pushes the responsibility of "proof" beyond a reasonable doubt onto the defendants. This is NOT how our CJS is supposed to work! Justice Sotomayor is correct that this ruling hollows out the 4th amendment protections. Sad day for justice.
