Yaupon tea, I finally gave it a go!
I saw this tea discussed here and I went ahead and got some from catspringtea.com. I have to say,it's quite delightful. I got the black tea and it makes a very fine drink indeed. It's a bit different than your standard tea,but well worth drinking. For a little fun,today I mixed it with some Scottish Morn. The flavor bouquet is just delightful! The possibilities are endless with this one. Be sure and don't let the scientific name scare you off. The picture I selected can't be posted.

This is a tea that was enjoyed by the native Americans. It comes from the yaupon plant and hopefully will catch on. -
