This looks so lovely. I know some in keto frown upon trying to recreate carb-y foods into keto-friendly meals, but I really like both being able to cook things outside my usual fare as well as having something that is both keto-friendly and a treat; I think it helps cut down on cheating. (Some people find having sweet things only makes them have intense cravings for non-keto food though and that's completely understandable). I'll be giving this a try on a semi-cheat day.
This is true and I mostly toe the line by just having blueberries when they are in season and nuts for snacks ..However,I have made this using Stevia and assorted berries and it is very nice indeed.
