This is so begging me to say something outrageously snobby about Linux, open source and all the other wonders that aren't proprietary in this beautiful world, but you know what? I won't.
Why repeating the same shit over and over and over again, just because people still don't learn? Why would I worry about the shit people bring on to themselves, just because they are too lazy to learn a thing or two or why people fall for the same scams all the time? I do not give a hoot about that anymore. I gave up on that a long time ago, but still the temptation to say "See, I told you so" remains. Maybe I should remove my empathy for them all together and keep my choices en experiences to myself. Maybe I should smile in silence and stop wondering about it. It's not my problem, you see? It's the Windows user's problem. Let's keep it that way.

Not mine either. People just don't care if they are micromanaged or spied on by an os,. Just this morning,Firefox dropped me a note that it stopped over 10,000 trackers from tracking me just in Feb. I just don't get why having this many sleazebags following you in just one month does not bother people.
