This should be the norm. I remember taking a 2 hour flight to Chicago once. A woman had a baby and it screamed the entire flight.Why in the weorld don't people take their babies into the rest room so everyone heares the screeches less loudly? Same for in stores and eateries. Noone wants to hear your wailing babies.
