    Another is day Lilly..The flowers and buds that will soon be flowers are rather sweet. I fry them.

    There is also a ton of fungi that is edible, and I will bet it tastes better than any/maybe most of these plants when cooked. I'm a huge wild mushroom fan though so felt it was worth a mention.
