    The highest number of retweets and favorites occurs between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., peaking between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m.

    makes sense because this is the time everyone is winding down from the day and is starting to relax. Usually by looking at their phones or computer.

      Yup. Then again, this just shows when the highest likelihood is. You still have to look at your personal page insights to see when your audience is online and active.
