    A lot of the decisiveness comes from knowing that failing just means you didn't get it right the first time and it isn't the end of trying.

      Which is a very difficult lesson for a lot of us to learn. We are taught that failing is the worst possible thing you can do. It's taken me a long time to start understanding that it's ok to fail. If I am constantly paralyzed by the fear of failure I'll never do anything that I don't already know how to do. Stifling any growth I may have.

        That is a fair self assessment. I feel knowing this, makes it easier to do so many things. Not just make decisions but also to meet new people. You lose the fear to fail... You also lose the fear that you won't be accepted or liked. I'd like to say this comes with age or maturity but it doesn't.

        This is a realization too many people never have.
