Even with the discounts from insurance companies, disabling cellular data to your phone while driving has a lot of other poor implications. Did the article say anything about internet radio? I listen to spotify almost exclusively when I drive and it wouldn't really be worth an insurance discount for me to switch back to over the air radio again. It is an interesting idea I just don't see it catching on.
