We live in a world of ride sharing, smart phones, social networks and super easy ways to hook up and catch up. This fact alone together with a whole lot of other technology makes the idea of cars feel insignificant amongst so many other alternatives. Cars come with responsibilities, fuel costs, insurance costs, maintenance costs and millennials just don't give two shits about having a car and "being cool", that time has passed.
I did the math here, as the least paid generation, it makes no sense to own a car when there is so many other things you can be doing with the money it costs to own one.
