On my last project I had to redo the sleeves about 9 times. No mater how much I gathered they dropped funny and twisted. I found that many people had a problem with pattern I was using and that the sleeves did the same thing for them. I got them as close as possible in the end. Next time I am going to try the method of sewing them in flat to see if that helps.
