Yo I noticed that you are only submitting posts to one tribe.. your own. Your posts will probably be seen by more people if you submit to more and relevant tribes, in this case such as /t/web/t/win etc. You can submit to 3 tribes as a new(ish) account which can then go up to (I think) 5 as you level up.
