This seems pretty quick to me. Does anyone have firsthand experience running 7.1 on a 4S? Minus a few glitches (battery reporting, occasional random crash), 7.0.6 runs pretty fine on my 2+ year old phone. I wouldn't want to upgrade if it's going to cause issues.
