why buy the cow, when the milks free. Sad. I worked for a corporate Gym that treated it personal trainers like contractors. I opened my own gym about a month ago and am working less hours and getting paid more. I plan to pass this on to other trainers as well. It is sad how corporations are taking advantage of the workers who are in essence the foundation. Soon, people will wake up.
