For those using Chrome you may only see the header image. Someone with more HTML knowledge than me might know why they're not being loaded by e.g. this line:
<img alt="" data-src="https://cdn.theatlantic.com/assets/media/img/...Avenue_circa_1971_psd_copy_copy/f70318d51.jpg" class="lazyload" style="position:absolute; width:100%; height:100%; top:0; left:0; border:0;">
Edit: Load fine in IE, don't use Firefox so not sure about behaviour in that browser.
Works fine in Firefox. (v39.0)
