    After the attacks in France on a newspaper and kosher market by Islamic radicals, attention in Europe has been focused on the continuing threat of homegrown Islamic radicals. Europe’s proximity to the Middle East feeds the fear that young European Muslims may return home after fighting for ISIS and put their new found skills to work.

    While the United States shares some of that same fear, as some Americans have traveled to fight with the Islamic State or been arrested trying to do so, a threat closer to home poses as great a danger in the form of suspected training camps for Islamic terrorists here in the United States, in every part of the country. Some of these camps have allegedly been operating for years with no interference from the government and little monitoring of them.
