Ben Carson says guns may have stopped Holocaust

Would your description have invoked the solid waste produced by male bovines?
The concept is a little light for my exact tought, but I would certainly have evoqued the limited cognitive capacities of someone who used the period of history where there were the most deaths and injury by firearm to convince us that we need even more of them.
