Battle of Britain: Historic flypast for 75th anniversary
A fleet of Battle of Britain aircraft - the most in one place since World War Two - is taking part in a flypast to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the aerial struggle.

Thanks for posting this - wonderful to see these magnificent machines still flying - nothing quite like the sound of a Rolls Royce Merlin
Good to know that a few veterans of the battle remain and were in attendance - I wish my cousin could have been among them - he flew all through the war unscathed, earning a D.F.C in the process, only to be killed in action as a Mosquito pilot during peace time in May 1946
