I don't know how well his LIVE Centers will do, but the at home part has some great implications for schools. I imagine a future where instead of an actual field trip to the local zoo children can have a tailored lesson plan about animals and the zoo over VR where they learn and get the same basic experience, much like a planetarium.
Personally though, while this is a cool idea I think moving over to the idea of a virtual safari would make it an even bigger hit than aquariums and zoo's. I just don't see this being the break out hit that brings this company major dollars though.
