Ice cream truck driver shot dead in front of kids, parents in Frederick
Investigators are trying to figure out the motive in a deadly shooting of an ice cream truck driver as he sold treats to kids and parents at a housing development in the Frederick area. Police said they believe between four and 10 kids, some as young as 5 years old, along with parents and caretakers, saw the homicide unfold Saturday evening.
